To open the Charms Menu in Windows Mail, hit Windows key + C.
After that, go to Settings and then Accounts.
Then pick Yahoo from the Add an account choice.
Then enter your SBCGlobal account info including username and password
Choose to connect, and your SBCGlobal email will sync with Windows Mail
