I am a regular user of the Cox email account. It works fine for me. But, from the last week. I am noticing that it is not receiving new emails. Plus, there are also some problems in sending email with attachments. Can you please help me?
Some things to try. Login to your webmail account at webmail.cox.net and check all of your settings. Make sure you don't have forward and delete setup, check message filters and remove any that may be setup. Check Allow and Block senders and make sure you dont' have any entries in there.
Clear the caches and cookies of your browser in case Cox webmail isn't opening properly. Disable all the 3rd party extension from your browser as they can also block Cox from working in a proper way. Recheck the IMAP/ POP settings if Cox not working on Outlook
The problems of Cox email not working can be even more troublesome in case you need to send or receive an urgent email.
