Why iCloud Email Filter not Working Properly?

I am trying to use iCloud email filter but it is not working.

Some of the users have problem with junk mail in their icloud email account. But users confess that, the junk mail for other account is perfectly working but for icloud email account it doesn’t work in a proper way. Make sure the icloud email uses some of the techniques to minimize the junk mail such as: trend analysis, dynamic list and content filtering which automatically detect the junk mail and block the junk mail before it reaches to your inbox.

You can report messages as junk in the Mail app and help filter junk mail in iCloud. Then future messages from the same sender are marked as junk.
