The Cox email account that I am using is not working properly. It is neither allowing me to send email nor receiving them. I have no idea why it is happening. Please help me out.
Clear the caches and cookies of your browser in case Cox webmail isn't opening properly. Disable all the 3rd party extension from your browser as they can also block Cox from working in a proper way. Recheck the IMAP/ POP settings if Cox not working on Outlook or another email customers
Some things to try. Login to your webmail account at webmail.cox.net and check all of your settings. Make sure you don't have forward and delete setup, check message filters and remove any that may be setup. Check Allow and Block senders and make sure you dont' have any entries in there.
If Cox punts on their email service because they can't monetize it, I'll probably switch to ... Since then I forward all Cox mail to a google account.
