I don’t know what is wrong with my PACBELL.NET email account configuration on Outlook. I think there is something wrong with the IMAP/ POP settings. Please assist me.

My Yahoo account is accessed through my @PacBell.net server. I can go to this account and see email in the browser, but I can't re-establish the account on Outlook.com. This is my second request for help. I tried calling in but they sent me here. This is my only option. Please help me fix this issue. I am an expert user.
