Icloud Email Not Sending and Receiving Issue

iCloud email that I am using for a long time is causing various kinds of issues for me. Many a time, it stops sending and receiving new emails. It’s been a long time that I am facing such issues. How can I fix it? Please help.

Clear all the cookies and caches from the email settings. Also, delete all the unwanted email from inbox and outbox both. This will make space for the new emails. Use any antivirus application to combat and remove the virus if the device gets affected with it

That just means that your outgoing mail server settings are not quite right. ... Here's all you need to do to fix it. Go to Settings > Mail > Accounts and select the account you are having difficulty with.

Turn on SMTP authentication for the POP or IMAP account. Some email services, including iCloud mail accounts, require authentication for their SMTP server. If you verify that all your account settings are correct, but you still can't send messages, try turning on SMTP authentication.

If that's not enough then Reset the Mail app at Settings > Apps and Features > Mail & Calendar > Advanced Options > Reset. Restart PC. Try adding the accounts back to see if it works now. If that fails to fix it then Re-register Mail & Calendar app from Option 2 here:
