It is quite easy to send an email message to a contact group but unfortunately this exactly not happened with some of the users in an easy way. Because they didn’t know how to do that just because of lack of technical skills. If you have the same problem and not able to send the message to a contact group then slowly-slowly follow the points which I mention here.
1) First you have to click on home then click on new email.
2) Under the new email section just click on To
3) After that in the search box you have to type the name of contact group
4) Then double click the name which you want to add it in the To box and finally click on Ok button.
By this way you can simply send an email message to contact group but again if you find any difficulty regarding outlook account then make a direct connection with technical support for reliable support.
