How do I add my Comcast email to my iPhone?

Every time I try to add my Comcast email to my iPhone some error occurs and the configuration fails. Why is this happening and how can I fix this? Can anyone help. Thank you!!!

Set Up the iOS Mail App for Comcast Email
* Tap on the Mail client on your iPhone.
* Tap Other on the Welcome to Mail screen.
* Type in your credentials on the New Account screen and tap Next.
* Your information will be verified, and if the credentials are correct, your Comcast.net email will be configured.
* All set!
